Help with COMC

I've been hearing a lot about this COMC place, I was wondering if its worth it. Can anyone dumb it down for me to understand I'm not the brightest kid but some people say its better then ebay. How does it work? Do I have to pay monthly? Is it worth it? Do I get cash or paypal out of it?

can't hurt...initial buy in is less than $6 for 80 cards....use that as your test system
