Default My first time...

Making corn beef. I decided to give my boys a traditional Irish meal today.

Anyone else having corn beef today?

I'm cooking five pounds right now. Bought about 10 pounds of cabbage. Used about a quarter of the cabbage for cole slaw yesterday.

Will cook some potatoes and cornbread this afternoon.
