Is it ever going to end? I wouldn't mind so much but the demanding buyers -- as usual -- will blame us when we have to raise our shipping by a quarter or whatever it turns out to be. Just another way to have all our feedback plummet soon.

No it will never end, as salaries go up, gas goes up, then stamps go up. Look at fedex and UPS, they have gone up as well. Man this sux, but we will get over it. When do you guys think the stamp break a buck? I predict 2025.

Maybe that should be my next investment?

Buy $10,000 worth of forever stamps and sell them for double my money in 10 years or so?

Everything is done because they can when it comes to rate hikes with gas, cable, utilities, postage, grocerys etc. All hell has broken loose since GWB has been in office and its all about screwing the working man. Where the hell was Oswald or Booth when this country really needed them about 7 years ago ?
Don't worry about $1. stamps in 2025 say goodbye middle class by 2025.

If they would get rid of that idiotic 3/4" thick rule for DC I'd gladly pay an extra penny. Only in America do you have to make a package bigger to track it for a lower price.

KD -
I have to be honest with you, I used to never follow that rule (for 2-3 years) and never did I get any complaints or any returns. I started doing it recently, however now I am noticing that cards I am receiving in the mail are not following it. I may go back to my old ways. I don't think they care as much anymore.

Such a well oiled maching that USPS is. You would think the federal government ran it. OOhhh, thats right they do.

Just think if were run like a true busniess with a model in place. They have one business response......raise prices. Wonder who they are paying half a million a year to come up with that idea.

Whatever
