Ohio State beat Buffalo by 20, SDSU by 35 and Cal by 18
Florida State beat Nevada by 55, Pitt (you didn't have these guys on your list) by 28 and Cookman by 48.

The difference in rankings is negated by just how bad FSU beat their opponent in comparison to how badly Ohio State beat theirs. Florida State is a better team playing lesser teams and beating them by more points.

YTD, Ohio State has outscored their opponents 434 - 153
YTD, FSU has outscored their opponents 468 - 108

I truly am sorry, but there is no supporting a statement that an undefeated Ohio State deserves to play for the National Championship ahead of an undefeated Florida State.
So BCS rankings only count for some schools not others?? Good to know. That isn't biased at all.

FYI Buffalo is better then Florida this year. Not a doubt if you've watched any games.

Pitt is in the ACC by the way so I can't really put much stock in you paying attention to actual games as opposed to just scoring margins.

Not sure what you mean by your first comment, as BCS rankings weren't available until a few weeks ago, so they play zero part in what happened early on in the season.

Saying Buffalo is better than Florida is silly, considering we're judging their body of work against some formidable opponents, including Stony Brook, UConn, Eastern Michigan, Western Michigan, UMass, Kent State and the ever intimidating Ohio Bobcats. They did lose two games this year, first being to Ohio State by 20, and the second being to Baylor by 57. Because Baylor beat them by more, shall we assume Baylor jump over Ohio State in the polls?

I see where you're coming from, fellow Buckeye, but again, from my view, Ohio State doesn't deserve to be ranked higher than Florida State, at least not based on the body of work to date. Ohio State has yet to play a single team in the top 10, Florida State has played and demolished two of them. Now, is Miami overrated, possibly (especially after what Va Tech did to them). Is Clemson overrated, possibly, but it's also possible Florida State is just THAT much better than everyone else they've played.
