My personal favorite is Newcastle, followed closely by Franziskaner. I'd throw Fat Tire in there too, but you can't get it in Oklahoma, so I don't see them much.

And +1 to the guy who mentioned Chimay as well.

New Belgium 1554 is my favorite.

If you are really looking to try something different, then try Duchesse De Bourgogne, a real Belgian beer. It's in my top 5, but I have to be in the mood for it.

I still think Rogue Dead Guy is one of the most balanced, well made, great tasting beers there is. I also think Racer 5 from Bear Republic is a great example of an IPA.

What you will find in my fridge depends on the season. I love the time travelers in the summer (they are refreshing on a hot summers day). Moosehead and octoberfest are my fall beers. I will even drink an apple ale every once in a while although I can't drink more than 2 or 3 cuz they are to damn sweet. However they are a good morning beer if you are ever trying to drink a hangover away

Have you ever tried rogue voodoo doughnut bacon maple ale? It's like breakfast in a glass

Also every time I go down to the Atl I have to pick up a case of sweet water 420. I love it. If you are in the area I highly suggest checking it out

I can safely say, conservatively, that I've had over 15,000 pints of Guinness in my life. I love Guinness. But even I know better than to say any beer is the best beer in the world. If anything is close, Guinness is. But variety is what makes beer great, not a single beer.

Enjoy the stuff, don't try to find the best one ever.

I can't believe it took 57 posts before someone mentioned a stout (besides Guinness).

I'm visiting bourbon distilleries this week. I purchased an empty bourbon barrel from Four Roses today. My buddies are going to brew several batches of stout and then we will age it in the bourbon barrel. Nothing better IMHO.

My go to beer is Yuengling.
Nice to see two of my faves have been mentioned: Dead Guy and Bass
Some that I haven't seen mentioned: Monty Python and the Holy Grail Ale, Grolsch, and about anything from Great Lakes Brewery.
