If you are up to date on all the episodes, then nothing else is spoiled. If you aren't all caught up though, there's definitely spoilers

I thoroughly enjoyed tonight's episode. The ol' vet is one tough son of a gun. And the ending......oh that ending! Oh heck yeah!

Deff was a great episode. So is everyone cured now that they have medicine? It will be interesting to see how the Governor comes into play as well as Daryl's reaction when hearing about Carol

One of the best episodes and that was even before the governor was on the screen

Like everything else, there down. There's no working cell phone or land lines once everything went south. Same reason they can't watch tv or go on the internet

Well, it's still unclear as to why the walkers were herding, so the "enemy" might not quite be gone...

With all the walkers gaining in popularity, I hope they show how the governor survived out there

Wondering why they just don't surround the prison with dead walkers, beyond that walkers rely on smell and sight, how would a walker 20 rows deep know to gather there? I don't like how they've written all that into the show, especially ignoring the fence for a good part of the season haha.

SLIGHT SPOILER From what people have been saying there's two governor flashback episodes this season. Guess one of them's next week.

I think their lackadaisical approach to the Walkers outside the prison is comical. These things are trying to kill you and yet they just let them build up around the fence. I feel like pretty much every single person that isn't out on a run should be on that fence killing Walkers. I never got why they aren't trying to kill these things every chance they get. Especially since when the Walkers are on the fence its incredibly easy to kill them and there is very little risk that anyone will get bit.

Also what happens to the walkers they do kill on the fence? Shouldn't they be piled up at the base of the fence?

keep in mind, the last few episodes it's been pretty much Carl and Maggie as the only "free hands" to keep the perimeter clear. That's a tough job for two people.

plus, in the comics, they always wanted *some* walkers around as a natural barrier from enemies. They just don't want the buildup that's been happening because somebody (governor is my theory) was feeding the zombies.

im sorry, i just have elaborated, the main enemy this season has been the flu/sickness, and i expect that it has been beat. i figured a new or old enemy would emerge and then the governor appeared at the end of the episode.

I also believe the governor is somehow funneling the zombies to the weak spot in the fence, but the people inside really need a better strategy against them at this point.

Why are there no traps (like ditches or a moat) or distractions that lead the walkers away from the fences? Seems like a pretty simple concept.

i completely agree, considering their entry-way is protected by a little funnel of sorts with cargo containers making outward facing walls (the few times i've seen it anyway).

but no moats- pretty much negates having the walkers anyway since the point is to have a small deterrent, and if the zombies are stuck in the moats, they can't turn around and chase any would-be attacker.

spoilers (comics) in white below:

Does anybody else think Carol will become Negan?

I guess if they maintained the prison the way they probably should, the show would be much less interesting because they really wouldn't have to deal with any Walkers.

As someone who has never read the comics I'm always intrigued as to which story lines stayed the same and which ones didn't.

eh, the governor should be dead by now if it followed the comics, killed by his own people after one of them shot Lori and the baby and didn't realize it was just a woman and baby.

and the flu business never happened.

When the population is low they go out with the jeep and trailer, gather the bodies, then burn them. I don't think they've showed that for awhile now though
