I have one. I havnt had to make any payments on it, you can withdraw money from an ATM and it takes it directly out of your paypal!

I've had one for 7 years now. No fees, you can withdraw at an ATM. It's essentially the same think as using a debit card for your checking account. IIRC you have to have a paypal business account to be eligible for one.

I love mine ... since it is tied to my bank checking account I use it for normal purchases . The funds transfer out of my normal bank account and I get the monthly cash back bonus.. win/win

love it, from my understanding you get 5% back on CREDIT purchases and nothing on debit. Maybe it is 1%. It just uses the $ in your paypal account so you don't have to wait the 3-5 days for the money to be transferred to your own bank account. you can also use your bank account as an overdraft and set up a max it would for that case of not having enough in your paypal account.

no fees. I use it to buy groceries at times, online purchases instead of using straight paypal since you can get that % back for using as a credit card.

It used to be over 4% - those were the days. haha

Now I think it is just 1%. Still, it's nice to get a free $100 a month and they deposit it straight to your account.
