Default Ever wonder what $600+ in a handful of NES games looks like?

Found these guys in my personal collection from childhood. Crazy good haul. Had a bunch of others, but these guys are the rare ones I stumbled upon... I have Mega Man and the likes of those, but I had zero clue some of these were worth so much. I even have the box for Mighty Final Fight.

Do you own any rarities from the NES era?

I didn't even know they made a Bucky O'Hare video game? I remember thinking the toys and the show were the coolest things ever. How is it? Bad I can only assume lol.

I didn't really pay attention to what's valuable and not in NES. We were still very young and thought every game was tolerable, so my parents just sort of bought us random NES lots from the local buy/sell/trade papers and we'd have to settle for those. I do however have a sealed Final Fantasy 1 and both Bubble Bobble 1 and 2 in their boxes and pamphlets. The Bubble Bobbles were very hard for us to find. I forget where we found the first one, but it was amazing and loved it! When we heard there was a second one my Dad would go around various towns looking for it. We eventually found it inside a clearance bin in some store. It was one of those super deep bins where you have to go elbow deep and just go fishing for games not knowing what you'd find. I actually sifted and found it a few times, but the covers were near identical and nearly missed it.

My wife has a few NES games somewhere in the house. One of the games is called Wall Street Kid. To this day, that games makes me want to become a day trader lol. The only thing it is missing is a dude with no hair and a coke addiction.

I had no idea some games were worth so much. I think I need to dust off the box of them in my parents basement next time I visit!

I have both that one and the one depicted, which is the rare sequel that's worth about $150 on a good day. The original is amazing.

They are in perfect condition, as they've been in storage with hard cases protecting them.

Bucky O'Hare was actually pretty cool. You can check out some gameplay footage here. It's decent money because of the rarity, the fun license, AND good gameplay.

DT2 is worth $150 on a good day, $120 on an average day.

That is Contra Force, which I sold for $137 on eBay over the weekend within literal minutes. The original Contra is worth $30-ish, though, which is still good.

I plan on beating my copy of the game before I put it up for sale, assuming I do. LOVE the music.

I actually recently stumbled on my old nintendo when doing some spring cleaning. It hasn't worked in over 20 years, just before I tossed it I decided to take it apart and to my surprise it had a Fruit Stripe bubble gun wrapper jammed in it and thats why the game wouldn't work. I've been enjoying going through and playing some of the games. I have around 50-60 NES/SNES games. I used to have Toads/Double Dragon but it was for SNES. Too bad I only have the first Duck Tales. Might have to look and see if they are worth anything.

I have the original box for Mighty Final Fight, as well as Mega Man 6. No instructions yet, though I had all of my manuals in a big ziplock bag, so... Fingers crossed.

Awesome find! I had no idea Chip & Dale was worth so much.

I can remember saving up $50 while in high school to buy Earthbound for the SNES. Still have it in great condition. Now it sells for $250-350.

That's Rescue Rangers 2, but the first also sells well.

EB is insane these days. Only going up!
