Default Can you mention Beckett price values in your buy/sell/trade post?

I think I remember one website that had a rule against mentioning anything about Beckett values. It may have been sportscardforum?

I did a site search using the word "Beckett" and didn't locate anything discussing this.

So to save a little time I thought I'd pop the question here.

Is it ok to put out a sale list and have Beckett values in parenthesis to aid those that like using that as a reference?

You could always put "estimated BV" instead of naming the book you are referencing.

You can ask for whatever you want for your cards on this site...

This is just my opinion, but if you make any mention of Beckett BV in your sales thread I click right off of it.

Like in the opening of a sales post I make a statement saying that for any needed reference purposes Beckett Price Guide values are provided in parenthesis.

Is this breaking any Blowout rules?

And for instance when I list cards...

1997 Flair Showcase "Legacy Collection" Barry Sanders #/100 (book value $100) asking $40

Not breaking any rules mentioning it but there is no reason to since nobody cares above Beckett BV. Nobody ever pays Beckett prices because they over value everything.

Just list your asking price.

Ok I thought some people may base in part what they pay by what it list for in Beckett. Not everyone but some do perhaps use it to help factor a decision. I wanted to supply enough overall info in allowing potential buyers to make the best informed decision.

Don't waste your time looking up and listing Beckett values.
