Is it something you mailed or something you are getting?

If I had to guess, it would be an issue with the postage purchased. Like a flat rate box without a flat rate payment or vice versa.

Something I am receiving. Gonna, contact the seller and figure out if he printed a label or physically went in and purchased postage.

Exception processing will be performed when the scanner system sends us an article number that is not on our database. The batch program will put all the information passed to us on the TCMAILE (Certified Mail error table) for review. When the 3877 is produced this exception report will also be produced. Gibson will use the exception report which will hold the batch and item number to pull the mail piece. The mail piece will then be sent back down to be scanned with another batch of work.

I also read something about Ohio getting new scanners which might be the cause.

Thanks for info. I talked to the Seller and it was a printed label off Ebay. So hopefully they get it moving again, though I have read about people waiting 5-6 days for this to clear up and the package start moving again. Now another case they sent it back to the sendee.
