What good would it do you, other than not having one of the hated Bears on your team? I'm thinking of dropping Romo (I also have Brees) but would rather wait until I see who might be hot during the Saints' bye week. If you aren't going to be starting someone other than Orton anytime soon, might as well let him sit on the bench.

I did this in my league and picked up fitz, we have -1 pt for sacks and cutler is just eating it so I had to let him go (he was my backup as well)

Thanks. Yes, Romo is out for a while. I just hung on to him for now. He has a bye and next week he plays the bills while Orton has a bye. Not sure what is better, Cutler vs. bills, or Fitz vs. bears.

As long as Fitz keeps playing the way he does and Cutler like his is with that O line, I would drop him like a bad habit. I think Stafford will do well also.

Yep. But with Brees, who doesn't have a bye for a couple more weeks, I don't want to jump the gun on Fitz just to see him get hurt the week before Brees' bye.

I think holding Cutler was the right thing for now.
