Default Fantasy Experts Opinions Wanted

Is this a FAIR trade ? In a salary cap league owner A spends 75% of his cap money on LT and TO. After the auction he has TO, Terrance Copper and James Jones as his only 3 WRers and ZERO cap money left to make any add drops. He has to start 3 WRers each week so he will be short handed at that position during byes. Owner B has lots of cap space and alot of WRers. He offers owner A Hines Ward, Greg Jennings and one million dollars cap money. That would give owner A 10 moves as each is 100,000.00.
In order to get points in this league you have to get 100 yards receiving or a TD. Is this a fair trade factoring in all the circumstances ? If not, who is getting boned ?

What does owner B get in return?

I think TO will put up more TDs and 100 yard games than the other two guys combined...

T - so you think thats not fair even cosidering that owner A has huge lineup problems and no cap money to fix them ? I think Ward and Jennings for TO straight up is suspect but the extra million in cap space is very valuable considering owner A has no cpa money at all currently.

I think TO will have a great year, but I also think Hines Ward and Jennings will do well. I'd do it. Reason being the extra $$ would allow the owner to buy a few additional roster spots (presuming kickers and tight ends are cheap). Hopefully leaving about 3/4 of that money to try and get a RB or two to fill out the lineup.

Making that trade does Owner A a favor because he gets versatility and is hedging against an injury to one of his WRs. I think B should be able to get another player out of A.
