I'm in a PPR FFL should I start J.Cotchery or P.Crayton as my flex WR

Tough question... this week I'd say crayton because Dallas is playing cleveland's banged up secondary, and the jets are playing miami who have a horrible run defense so I expect them to run quite a bit.

I like both but can only go with one I have M.Colston and C.Johnson as my main guys but was thinking Crayton too for my 3rd.

With Coles being questionable, Cotchery might be their primary target all day. However, like Paydirt said, he should have more double coverage because of it. So you might want to go with Crayton.

1 more Q? I have A.Gates for my TE with the report that his toe is bothering him and he feels that he might not be 100% do you think I should start him this week?

Depending on who your backup is. Keep an eye on it tomorrow 30 min before the game, if it says he isn't going to play, switch to your backup.

The only way you can't play Gates is if he doesn't play or you have a solid backup.
