Qb Help Please

Need sone opinions, should I start Kurt Warner or Peyton Manning? Warner is facing a pretty good NY defense and Manning is playing Chargers who have owned him the last 5 or 6 games they have played. I'm leaning towards Warner because they are playing to lock up a divison title and no matter what the game situation is he is going to throw the ball. Someone convince me otherwise or if you agree on strting Warner let me know.

My league is through rtsports.com and we start 1 QB, 3 RB, 3 WR, 1 PK and 1 Def, here is my projected lineup:

Warner
Tomlinson
Portis
Hillis
White
Fitzgerald
Royal
Kasay
Pitt D (played Thurs)

Personally I'm going for Peyton. Warner may very well end up with the better stat line, but not sure he's going to get the TD's and may end up with a few picks, so you'll loose on your points. Colts still need the (as do the Chargers), but I think the Chargers Defence is much softer than the Giants, which should allow Peyton to work the field and find the open reciever. Get toward the end zone and Peyton's one of the best in the league. 8/10 times they'll throw a TD and not run it in.

Take Warner at Home- if Cardinals/NY was in NY I would take Peyton Manning----
