Default Anyone interested in a high stakes 5x5 Roto League?

It would be on yahoo with basic settings. 10 or 12 teams. I was thinking $200 per entry.

1st - 60%
2nd - 25%
3rd - 15%

Interested Players:
Danimal
wolffer12
KaraandMelliesDaddy
otmack2o
BAMBAM (thinking about it)

Just my suggesting if you go 12 you should have top 4 paid off but I would be in on this for sure and 4th should get 10%.. Let me know how many you get..

Yes I am, depending on the stats used.

Stats Used would be standard 5x5:

1000 minimum innings pitched
ERA
WHIP
SV
W
K

BA (Could be switched to OBP)
R
HR (Could be switched to SLG%)
SB
RBI

This is a really fun set up, I really like using SLG% and OBP, but standard is BA and HR, I am fine with either set-up. If we can get 12 teams it will be really challenging.

Would that be 1000 maximum innings pitched, or 1000 minimum 2000 max. Also, can we limit to 50 moves a season or some other loader to block the start and drop cycle?

I played in a league where we counted Runs, Doubles, Triples, CG, SHO and K per 9. If we wanted to go bananas we could do that too.

Not interested in crazy stats (triples, doubles, K/9) I want to keep it 5x5.

And it would be 1000 minimum no max (if you want all SP and no closers and can get over 2000 innings with a move limit then go ahead and be a entry donor!), I think a max number of moves is a good idea.

Damn - I'm in 3 money leagues already but I have interest. Don't know if I want to spend almost $500. in fantasy baseball. I'll give you an answer in about a week (if it fills up prior then so be it)

That's why I want to form a $200 league - it separates the men from boys. $200 for a fantasy baseball is big boy money.

Are you interested enough to be added to the list? All you need to do to learn is go to Barnes and Noble, buy a Fantasy Baseball Magazine and read it cover to cover before the draft.

Yes the draft will be live at a time agreed on by all. My preference is as close to the start of the season as possible.
