I say vote on waivers. Why should the worst team have the number 1 priority. Each owner should put in a blind bid to pick up the number 1 waiver pickup.

And, I do agree waivers lock w/ first games on Sunday (not Satursday or Thursday). If there are Thursday or Saturday games, waivers with respect to those teams should lock.

PPR: no, completely kills the value of RB's like Richardson and power backs. And makes DeMarco an even higher pick, which I don't want to happen

Just too hard to find a card that is averaging $20. Just going through my bucket, I cant find one. Several for $20 or $30, but none at $25

Ask the NFL, NBA, MLB, etc. They all have that waiver format. For competitive balance reasons I presume. I've been in leagues with both, and from my experience FAAB leads to a large gap between the haves and have nots.

Agree with everything in your 2nd paragraph, and that is how we are formatted currently.

I think most people feel most comfortable with a snake draft, but we can vote on it.

Bolded my votes. I haven't been in a league that rewards 6 points for passing TD's since the 90's. Makes the already strong QB position way too strong.

1) Do you want a Snake or auction draft?

For anyone who doesn't know in an auction draft we would all have a certain amount of money to use to build our teams and the person who pays the most gets the player. In a snake draft the draft order will be randomized and then we draft 1 to 12 then 12 to 1 until we are done

2) Do passing TDs get 4 or 6 pts.

Please everyone post up their draft date/time preference. Want there to be as many people there live as possible.

Consensus so far seems to be to move the trade deadline back and to take out the can't cut list so those changes have been made. If folks start to object, it can always be changed back.

.5 per catch might be a good compromise for the PPR vs. non-PPR groups. What do you guys think about that idea?
