Havent really decided just yet, have to wait to see how many people join. Lets say if it were 10 teams (just to work with easier numbers) I would do the following:

1st:155
2nd:70
3rd:25 (money back)

something of that nature. I am open to suggestions though.

If there are at least 10 teams I'm down, don't like less than that, not as much strategy that way.
