I'd get Flacco over Collins in a heart beat.

Biggest ? mark will be the preseason. Who's going to get hurt. I avoid drafts until the 3rd week of the preseason just because one or two key players will get hurt.

You did decent. What round was Johnson taken? Was Kevin Smith still available?

Certainly can't go wrong with Turner. I probably would have held off on a QB until later, assuming Romo went early. I've done a ton of mock drafts and Carson Palmer has been going late...like 7th or 8th round, I think that's going to be a huge pickup at that round.

I would drop Plax and try to pick up a WR on the wire or even trade for a young WR like Maclin or Heyward-Bey. Even though they are rookies, they might get more playing time.

4th round is always too early for a QB. Talent is too thin at the top to have that happen. Stock up on WR and RB and you should be good. Romo might struggle a bit now that TO is gone. Say what you will about TO, but he made Romo.
