All,
In the finals for my other non blowout fantasty league - need some opinions on these matchups Defense: Green Bay in Chicago vs Devin Hester and the Bears special teams and Kyle Orton Seattle at home vs. Baltimore vs their crappy offense Who do you start?? Also need to choose 3 WR/TE out of this group - they are scored the same so I could go with 3 WR or 2 WR and 1 TE Andre Johnson Chad Johnson Deon Branch Javon Walker Brandon Marshall Antonio Gates I know that it is amazing that I own all of these guys in this league - it should explain how I am in the finals to win this whole thing. Need some opinions before tomorrow night when the games start. Pat |

Hmmm, pretty interesting decisions to make. The defenses seem to be pretty much a coin toss. Both defenses are playing against struggling offenses that can't seem to score consistently. I guess if I had to pick one, I'd go with Seattle because they are at home.....and not having to play against someone like Hester might help a little bit too.
As far as WR/TE, I would pick the following 3: Brandon Marshall - he's been a pretty reliable receiver all season (I have him on my fantasy team, traded away Philip Rivers for Marshall AND Desmond Clark) Chad Johnson - even though with that offense and team, everything seems to be a crap shoot right now, but they are playing against the Browns so it could turn into a shootout (I have Derek Anderson so I hope it does turn into one )Deion Branch - I changed my mind from Andre Johnson to Branch. The Ravens defense is a lot worse than Indy's is as far as points allowed and against the pass. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!! ![]() |

def, i'd go to seattle in the kingdome.
wr's... ocho cinco - gotta start him. if he gets hot.. he's HOT. even a mediocre game will get you 15+, esp if you are in a ppr league andre johnson - two words: sage rosenfels antonio gates - he's a must start every week...unless you also have witten. my 2cents __________________ http://www.checkoutmycards.com/Users/captainbohica "That Jabroni is lying out of his rectum. How is the scoring setup in your league for the WRs & TEs? Do you get points for a reception or just yards and TDs?

I'd also go with Seattle. Same reasons everyone else has mentioned (avoiding Hester, they're at home, and playing the Ravens can't hurt them...unless the Ravens score some DTD's..but those are always unpredictable).
WR's: Marshall (been very consitent this year, also one of Cutlers favorite Targets and I think they're 2ndary is exploitable) Andre Johnson (Colts might shut him down, but I think given what he's done this year he's worth a start) Chad Johnson (Could very easily be a high scoring game, and Chad should have a good if not great game). |
