Minus Fred, not a fan of your RB's. TE's are awesome, backup QB is questionable, WRs are loaded, especially if Moss surprises.

Overall, above average team

Ouch - weak team

Those QB's are 3rd and 4th tier in terms of fantasy (elite: Rodgers, Brady, Brees, 2nd tier: Manning, Newton, Ryan, Manning, 3rd tier: Roeth, Dalton, Freeman, Schaub, Luck, RG3..I'm probably missing a couple)

RB is the most important position because it is so shallow and you nabbed one decent RB - Jackson. Gore is so overrated and on the tail end of his career, Hunter is lucking on overtaking him this year. Gore won't crack 1000 yards this year.

WR - Megatron is always a great pick but as far as I'm concered, I'd never take a WR in the first rd. WR depend on others to get them pts while QB's and RB are steady pt getters, esp QB's.

TE's are solid

K and DEF who cares

Definitely hurting at QB. Frank Gore is a weak number 2 RB. Fred Jackson is fine as a 1.
WRs much above average. I don't like moss as a flex would rather have pettigrew. And Gates at TE is very good. Overall I would say a decent team but there is no upside in Gore, Schaub, Flynn.
