The first if they have a quality backup QB

He is worthy of a starting spot, but not if he's your only solid QB, he gets hurt too much to be the only viable starter on your fantasy team, especially in an 8 team league

QB- team 2,
RBs- team 2 (by far),
WRs I'll give to team 1

the d and K doesnt matter since nobody should start the 49ers week 1.

Fairly close IMO. Team 1 is better, because their offensive game is very explosive...only if Vick stays healthy

Team 2 and I don't think it's close. 8 team leagues everyone has an allstar team anyways.

Just like McCoy and Brees advantage over megatron and Gronk advantage.
