need serious help

My buddy talked me into taking over his sons team in a standard H2H keeper league (7 keepers) and come to find out team was ranked 11th of 12 teams last season and his sons team was horrible, so ended up being 4 keepers and 3 drops. I've been gettimg murdered Please help me in any way.
QB- Andy Dalton and Kevin Kollb (benching dalton in wk 7 vs Pit and has bye wk 8)
Kolb-wk7 Vikings wk8 49'rs, pass Def. Rank for Minn14th and 49'rs 2nd
Weeden- wk7 colts wk8 chargers, pass D rank colts13th and SD 20th
Ponder- wk7 cardinals wk8 Buc's, pass D Cardianls18th and Bucs 32nd
*Ponder has the better matchups but he doesn't throw for many yds, Weeden is who I am leaning towards, Agree, Disagree??? 1pt per 25yds passing amd 6pts per pass/ rush td

WR- Are a mess after Brandon Lloyd and Malcom Floyd
Darrius Heyward-Bey -just picked up from FA thinking he is a go
Sidney Rice- iffy with russel wilson qb'ng
Stephen Hill- I'm still holding out hope on jets bringing in 3rd string qb, he can pass
Laurent Robinson- just got from FA, if he can shake off the concusions and return to last years form?? Any ideas on WR Some owner dropped Randall Cobb worth a look

TE- Fred Davis and Kyle Rudolph not bad, but Martellus Bennett was juat dropped, injured leg but worth a pick up? If so should I drop a te or wr

RB- ahmad Bradshaw, Ryan Matthews and Doug Martin I should be solid
K- Akers solid
Def- Texans and Atlanta solid
Sorry this is so long but I need serious help on the top half, I'm getting beat like stole something. Please help all comments and advice welcome.
