Need some help with my flex spot....

Half a point for receptions...have to decide between these guys:

Mendenhall
Nate Washington
Darius Heyward-Bey

Leaning towards Washington because of his match-up but I have a feeling Heyward-Bey might blow up and I just don't know about Mendenhall. All help is much appreciated thanks!
