I'm biased (because he's on my fantasy team) but I say Dez. He's on a roll.
If it helps, Philly has allowed a 13-0 TD-INT ratio to opposing teams in the last five weeks. Dez also has almost double the receiving yards (567) at home than he does on the road (313). As for Marshall, he has just 2 TDs at home this season versus 6 on the road.

Marshall will get some looks but I think I'd be going with Dez as its just unsure what the Bears will be able to do. 2nd reason - really dont like anything philly - team is just in a terminal tail spin.
I'd also check the weather. I'm thinking we've got snow inbound this weekend - if the bears are at home could be less than ideal conditions.

Someone in my league released Dez three weeks ago (when his numbers were, shall we say, mediocre).
I picked him up and have reaped the benefits to the tune of a three-game win streak.
