if they are going to start him;I'd use him.I watched him every week while he was in college(Buckeye fan), he's got good hand and runs routs better than anyone else Miami has.Better than Ginn.

I'm a Buckeye fan that lives not too far from where Hartline played his High School ball... I think he can be effective, but he's not a stud NFL receiver. Ginn is absolutely a more talented player, but I think Hartline should be able to have fewer drops and thus be the more productive player. But the bottom line is, when is the last time the Dolphins had a stud fantasy WR?? Chambers might have been as close to it as any of recent memory, and he was still wildly inconsistent. Pick him up as a bench player since he's the #1, and maybe use him if you are desperate from an injury or bye week... but don't count on him as a regular fantasy star. I'd look at him like maybe a Kevin Walter type fantasy player... probably deserves a roster spot, and may put up a big game here or there, but probably not someone I want to rely on as an every week starter.
