Default Runningback advise.

I need to know which two backs you would start this weekend. I have Forte, CJ and Kevin Smith. Any advise would be appreciated.

Forte against the Browns and Smith against the Rams. The Browns and Rams are two of the absolute worst defenses in the league, and both are threats on the ground and as receivers.

Chris Johnson is a stud must-start each and every week running back, he can take it to the house from anywhere on the field and with the switch to Vince Young, he will become an even a bigger focal point of the offense. Don't EVER bench your studs, #1 rule of fantasy football. I would go with Matt Forte against the pathetic Browns run defense over Kevin Smith against a not as pathetic Rams run defense. Neither is particularly more talented than the other, but Chicago will likely have more scoring chances as they have a more potent offense than Detroit. More red zone opportunities is always good news for your running back.

I agree 100% with this! NEVER EVER BENCH YOUR STUDS! CJ and Forte all the way!

I really think the stats lie this week, don't ask me why just a hunch.

Clev is 31th in the NFL in rushing yards allowed and 31st in the NFL in average per carry.

However, I think this is the game that Cutler throws for 300+ yards after that stinker last week. I see him really airing it out. I have seen quite a few of the bear games this year, my buddy is a diehard, and I can tell you they pass first then run in the red zone.

Kevin and Chris for me
