Can you please explain the scoring? Is this roto or points?

If points how many points is each of the below worth - especially AVG, ERA, k/9 and WHIP, I've never seen those categories used in a points system, so I am a bit confused. You can't accumulate AVE, ERA, K/9 and WHIP, those are all averages and roto categories.

If there are 10 teams, the best average gets 10 points, then 9... etc

I'd be interested pending draft date. Got a baby on the way within the next 4-6 weeks.

Gonna sign up for the league, may have to drop out before the draft if I'm in the hospital. But the league sounds fun.

Would prefer cash payout as well.
