Who to start at WR?

12 team, PPR league, I'm currently winless and pretty desperate...

Hines Ward @ TB
or
Jacoby Jones vs. Dallas

Ward is money in a PPR league, but not without Big Ben. Steelers only had 43 passing yards last week, and now they have Charlie Batch and TB isn't too bad against the pass...Jones on the other hand will be involved in a likely shootout with Dallas, where they will probably throw a lot. Thoughts?
btw- Ward's 1 catch, 9 yards last week didn't boost my confidence level...

I would go with Jacoby, for the reasons you specified.

No talent sitting on the waiver wire?

Best available are Josh Morgan and Jordan Shipley

May want to pick up Shipley. Ward won't get any catches until Ben gets back and they don't seem to be throwing to Jones much. I have him and have been waiting to put him in the lineup, but his 82 yards and 1 TD aren't impressing me so far considering the amount that the Texans throw.

I've picked up Shipley for 2 of my 6 teams. Will say he was available in all 6 tho. He's a pretty good pickup right now.
