I love sportkings.... But i love it more at 60 dollars

Love the look and they have great hits sprinkled through out...

But when 10 of your 16 boxes give you a 10-20 dollar hits for 100 dollars it gets old

no question what so ever this product will be 60 dollars a box in a month or two

you can't have 4 base cards and rod carew silver jersey for 100 dollars a box

i will wait and buy cases of it when it drops.. i just can't buy this product when it just comes out....

The product did a great thing adding the case hit.. the painting look amazing.. Patches are really cool and the cut checklist is very nice

But for 100 dollars a box you should at worst have 3 hits per pack...

I knew all this going in.... But i forget how frustrating it is to get a bill walton jersey for 100 dollars...

With all this being said..

this was my best hit.... Got some other cool stuff i will list later..

Some nice hits in there but I agree. Wait for the price drop to bust this stuff sealed.

Just 16 boxes....

Will not argue but i had 5-6 boxes from my case that had 10-15 in resell
walton jersey carew jersey dee dee jersey molitor jersey etc..
that is a 80 dollar lose per box... lol

and only 2 of the 16 boxes had hits worth more than the box..

ovechkin patch and brunson auto shirt gold...

i will buy more cases when it is 65

The question is, will the Ovechkin and Brunson carry you to a profit?

Obviously, not every box can make you money. And with cards as nice as these patches, paintings, and cut autos, more boxes will have less in them than not.

I'd LOVE to see boxes go down to $60 per or less. It's not going to happen, but I'd love to see it.

Wondering if you pulled any Mark Wells cards?

Well, you [I]could[/I] be Panini and charge 200-250 for roughly the same thing...

Not to defend Panini, but what product are you referring to of theirs that is $200-$250 for one hit?

Never really bought other sportkings until this years NCAA promo, I could see the product dropping to the $80 level, but not down to the $60's...too much potential in the big hits possible. Just glancing through the Master case break from last night, I figure sportkings coulda been a lot worse...the first mini case only had 2-3 single mem cards, 11 auto cards...

granted an autograph card doesn't mean you'll get your money back, but it coulda been a product with 8 single mems, 2-3 multi mems, 4-5 autos and a 1/1...which really woulda been testing peoples gambling threshold.

Only time will tell, but there are a lot of people who like these cards

The Ovechkin is very nice and should bring a few pennies. That said, at this price point I am not a huge fan of the product. Even a reduction of 10-20 dollars a box would make it much more desireable.

but the majority of Prime Cuts got you 3x 2.00 prospect autos and a Mark Grace bat card
THose were the rule rather than the exception in that product

I do agree with that. Prime Cuts pretty much sucked. That's why I'm thinking of staying away from Limited.

This is easily a $60-$70 box in a month or two. It is already only $80 a box direct. The paintings (if you pull a better athlete), the high end cuts and the better athlete patches are all SK has going for it. The market will be flooded with everything else which should drive down prices.

I bet you can't find any for $80 direct right now.

It has always been $80 direct, and it sold out. If it was $100, nobody would be selling it for $100. LOL. They'd be selling it for a lot more.

I will say it again, there is no way this will ever hit $60 per box. It sure as heck will NOT be going down that much "in a month or two". The National is right around the corner, and there will be an amazing redemption program for those that open the product there.

But by all means...good luck holding out hoping to find boxes in the $60 range. LOL. You might find one or two, but the market will never price these at that.

odds are (especially with his low(er) feedback that the case hits are pulled and the rest of the boxes are listed...

Maybe I'm just a negative nancy..but I wouldn't touch it

What's your point?...That you can buy single boxes on ebay after the case hits have already been found? LOL

Point me to a store where you can "buy it now" for $59.76.

Furthermore...thanks for proving once again that ebay does not set the market for everything. It's a buyer's paradise more than a seller's.
