Default Nice UD golf hit... but with a problem and question

Opened a pack of game used golf and pulled a Sergio Garcia green ink driver auto #d 3/3. Problem is, the card is BADLY damaged. How good is UD with their customer service? I read on their site that they only accept damaged cards from UD club stores (or whatever they're called). I don't think mine is...

Am I screwed? Sent them an email and am awaiting a reply. Easy $150 card that I don't want to get burned on.

Nah... contact UD on the phone and get a case number. Then mail it in. I have NEVER used a "club store".

I had a damaged RC AU out of SPA Golf that they replaced with another copy, and they sent me 10 packs of SPA for my troubles.

I got off the phone with UD and they said they would be able to help. Then, I sent an email with pics (they requested) and they said that I didn't buy from a diamond UD dealer and can't be helped...

This is BS. They guy on the phone said I would be helped. Now they change their mind... Emailed them back and hope for a reply.

Try emailing someone at UD instead of calling them. That's what I have always done and always came out a winner. Try this email address UpperDeckMarketing@upperdeck.com.

You can also post an angered disappointment on their FB page...usually grabs attention!

Upper Deck Is usually pretty good to me. They have even substituted a better option for me in the past.

Don't show anger towards them. Treat those the way you want to be treated. I noticed that people that usually have issues with redemptions and replacements are usually those that wait too long or are complete douchebags.
