Default 6 Box Case Break of Prominent Cuts -- Holy freaking crap....

Opened up a sealed six box case of prominent cuts this morning. Rather than bore you with a story, I'll just CUT to the chase...easily the best pull of my lifetime

The sticker behind it is the PSA sticker, every card in the set apparently has that behind the cut signature

Very nice break! Price is high on this product but I had fun pulling 2 Cuts out of my 8 packs!

What swatches did you pull?

I'm debating on bidding on a Bruce Lee piece myself

That is a great break. I was just telling someone yesterday that I had a feeling I would see a Grant auto. How ironic is that. Congratulations!

That's an awesome pull but boy if you don't hit a card like that out of a 6 box case, you're going to get your ass handed to you.

Default Prominent Cuts Question

That's a great auto of President Grant. Congrats!
Is there a 1/1 cut in each 6 box case? I am debating on whether to buy a case. Thanks for any info.

I believe that there is a 1/1 in every case.

I plan on buying a second case. I was very happy with the red Auerbach and Ray bradberry cuts before I pulled the grant, also if you like MMA there are some great autos to be found. On top of that the costume cards although not visually pleasing are great... I love having a piece of Austin powers shirt from goldmember or frank the tanks shirt from old school. I think these boxes will most definetly come down in price, and when or if they get to the $150 a box range I will prob purchase even more.

There's one Level A cut per case it said on the sell sheet.

Correct, I just don't know if level A means 1/1.

My friend opened 3 boxes from a 6 box case and pulled a 1/1 as well

does anyone think we will see a checklist for this from upper deck? It would be nice to know what is still out there to chase

I'm 99% sure an "A" level cut is not always a 1/1. If you notice, some boxes have 2 cuts in them, one of them being the incremental "A" level case hit. I would think the names like Dale Earnhardt, George Burns, Gerald Ford are "A" level cuts, and they are definitely not 1 of 1s...

I would not hold my breath on a checklist.

Yeah I am sure it is up there, but that Sigmund Freud they show on the sales sheet is pretty killer.

I am still waiting for a Nikola Tesla to show up one day, if they ever did a dual cut with him and Thomas Edison...wow.

I know they did have a dual cut of Edison/Einstein just not sure what product it came from. Tesla and Edison were bitter rivals though, and would make a great dual cut card.

Great card!

I'm curious, what is the little seal behind the auto? Is it a PSA logo on the back? Like it is actually attached to the back of paper the auto is written on?

Nevermind, I see you explain it on Ebay. Too bad that shows up but I guess they have to authenticate the actual signature itself.

Yeah the only reason you can see it is because the parchiment paper is so old that you can see through it. I imagine that sticker is actually behind every cut
