Nascar guys help me with this - Dale Ernhardt Flag Auto

A friend of mine gave me this to try and find what kind of a value it would have. Its a signed Nascar flag depicting the 3 car signed by Dale Sr. Any help with a value for it would be greatly appreciated.

It was signed on the back of the item - very hard to display - his auto cards sell for 200+ so I would say somewhere around $150-200 or so. The auto has either faded or the pen was light to begin with

With it being signed on the back it makes it hard to display

Why have the back signed? I think that will decrease the value. Shuld have been signed on the right side in the # for maximum value. JMO

Then again by the looks of it "she" must have had it folded when it was signed. But "she" should have known to fold it the right way!!!
