Die-Cast Car worth anything?

I have like 3 cars like this, but of Ernie Irvan. Just wondering if they might be worth anything. Mine are from 1999. I can't find any on Ebay.

I would say they would be about $5-10 each.

depends on the driver.. i have a 1:24 of Dale earnhardts peter max car.. decent value in that.
