Time for NASCAR to accept him for what he is, an above average driver but not a superstar. Its like the NHL promoting Sidney Crosby over AO and Iginla, Dale Jr. is the name but the proof is not in the pudding.

its not nascar that hypes dale jr, its the fans...I myself cant figure why (besides his last name) he is the fan favorite because he has never won a championship and only has 1 win in the past year...very odd
