Can anyone help me ID this "Rock" auto?

I got this in a collection and I'm not sure if it's a pack auto or not.. it's from 1999 WWF Smack Down...

I've seen other items listed on eBay signed.. but still not sure if they are pack or hand auto's.. any help would be nice.. very willing to sell it here as well.

I may be wrong but I thought the Rock only has one autograph that was released for wrestling and came from 1998 WWF SuperStarz.
