Michael Phelps Almost Out!
 

Wow, Phelps almost out of 400 and just slips in last place @ 8th by 7 100th of a sec, and Lochtne did not do well either. I am thinking they will turn it on tonight but medals may not go the way everyone had hoped. They say Phelps is in serious trouble, anyways this is just a phelps watch thread.

i wonder if folks are watching olympics w ebay to see values rise or fall based on immediate performance by the athletes

If ebay was like the stock marker, real time then yes. The auctions are so spread out it really will be overtime. So if phelps does bad in prelims but wins final then of course price would go up.

that's the idea i was thinking of - [B]stock market ticker[/B] like - if there are sellers posting BIN based on performance .. the 7day, 3day etc cant really monitor

i know i didnt buy some athlete autos cuz they didnt make the cut
now that games are on - interesting to see values rise as an athlete wins .. or vice versa

He shut it down a lot and Loche said his first one is always his worst...WR's will be broke tonight in a few events is my guess....crazy what happened in the 400 earlier with the defending gold medalist being DQed

I know, I have not gone on Facebook nor twitter today for that reason. They were saying this would happen.

ANYONE WHO SEE'S RESULTS DO NOT POST ANYTHING ABOUT IT.:)!
