2012 WWE Heritage Autograph checklist

Have any of you checked this out yet? It appears that the best autos are Retail exclusive (Punk, Cena, Howard Finkle, IRS) . . . seems odd that the retail would be that top-heavy when you are trying to sell hobby boxes at $70+

I'd bet they are stickers. Topps will likely make a BIG deal out of it should they ever do "on card" autos for the WWE guys.

Looks like they beefed up the release a bit from the original info that was given out, but still not a fan of it at the price point. To be fair though, I'm just not a fan of the card design either, so that may be clouding my judgement a bit.

Interesting list of signers,alot of first timers. Did they get a three for one deal on Kama Shango & Godfather

10 1/1 Lawler sketches. Those should be cool.

I like the look of this stuff. Some interesting autos. Papa Shango is a must. I like guys with multiple characters signing different gimmick names they had.

yep, I am just doing singles on this one--just can't believe that both CM Punk and John Cena would be retail exclusives. It seems like companies used to view retail as the "dumping ground", maybe that theory has changed.

they have done it with topps 2009 and heritage 4 in the past. heritage 4 even went as far as to make certain autos exclusive at certain stores and only available in single packs and not blasters. cena was also retail only in that product.

none of the autographs are HUGE besides maybe cena since he is retail only. punk would have been huge but hes cooled way down. the rest are all cool autos but nothing that would make me spend a bunch on a case.

Cena signs so often though, that's hampered the value.

I dont understand why topps is putting your top guys in retail instead of hobby where the real money should be spent I guess there trying to do somethen to save a buck and have such ridiculous odds to pull one...not a smart idea if you wanna move hobby.

The Leaf Originals set (if ever released) has a few of these signers in it as well--I think that hurts the value of some of the signers listed in this thing.

Personally, I like the throwback to the 1985 set (was the first card set I ever collected).

This is going to be a interesting set the autographs just don't have a big enough variety to justify it costing clost to $175 more then regular topps. The lawler sketches will be nice though

I'm pretty much in agreement with what has been said here. The auto checklist is pretty weak. I'd rather just pick up the few auto's I want and wait for the next release.

They've been cutting it down lately, he hasn't been in the last two releases (at least the last two) - 2012 Topps WWE and 2012 WWE Classic.
