Topps wcw counterfitting

Has anyone ever heard of any instances of Topps Wcw counterfitting? The same Hulk Hogan, Sick Boy and Scott Hall keep getting resold on EBAY. Maybe it's nothing, and the cards are just being returned, but something doesn't feel right about it.

Here are the two most recent sales on the Hogan. There was a third sale where I bought the card originally and returned it. I had to open a case and have eBay rule in my favor before my money was refunded.

It took me like three weeks to get it, and the card was shipped in a loose top loader and not in a sleeve. I was disgusted with the whole transaction, and it just had a sense of "wrongness" about it. I complained to the seller when I hadn't received the card after a couple of weeks, and he told me to send it back. I'm mostly concerned because my buddy bought a Savage off this guy. I'm just curious to see if there is a history of people counterfeiting wcw autos.

I've bought off this guy before and it took forever for the item to be shipped as well. As far as counterfeit autos I am not really sure.

He listed a ton at Christmas. I haven't seen a relisting on the savage, Nash or Goldberg. He did relist the Henning as well. Who know, maybe people cancelled their orders when he never shipped. It's just odd that the hogan sold, the buyer left positive feedback, and then the exact same hogan scan sold again.

i think he is just trying to milk it, he probably has someone bidding for him to raise the price up.
he offered me a 2nd chance offer last week on the hogan but i rejected it.

I bought the last Sick Boy (bargain priced at $11. Yeah, shipping is high though)

2 other were previous sold (same image in all). Doesn't look like shill bidding. The autograph looks right, doesn't seem like a counterfeit. Maybe the seller has multiple cards and just used the same image.
