Default 1985 WMMC AWA Wrestlers Prism Stickers....

I just got these two prism stickers back today from PSA and they are the first two to ever be graded.

These seem to hardly ever surface.

The Road Warriors are my favorite tag team of all time and these are from 1985 which is their rookie year for cards being produced.

I think this set has a lot of potential.

Here are the scans.

Funny thing about these is that the Road Warriors and LOD look exactly the same!

Anyone know what WWMC stands for? I've been trying to figure that out for years...

I have the Tonga Kid, Larry Zbyszko, and High Flyers stickers. The only problem is that slightly damaged from them being taped onto the sticker machine. Think they would be worth anything?

Not worth as much as undamaged ones, but still a demand due to scarcity. A little tape is not too big of an issue.

It really depends on how bad it is.

My definition of slightly damaged and yours might be different.

If you can post a scan that would help.

The Hulk Hogan 1985 sticker would be a fun one to slab if PSA would do it.

Because they were the same people. They wrestled under the name "Road Warriors" in the American Wrestling Association, the National Wrestling Alliance, and World Championship Wrestling, and the name Legion of Doom (L.O.D. for short) in the WWE.

Yeah, I was being sarcastic. I was wondering if anyone would notice.

They were Legion of Doom first in Georgia Championship Wrestling, before going to AWA.

The Legion of Doom was actually the stable they were a part of in Georgia. I can't remember who all was in it, but I remember Jake Roberts and King Kong Bundy.
