There are several of these on Ebay .. one even with a BIN of less than the UD price ... and one sold for best offer of $399!! Don't know how those sellers do it .. I guess they just like to lose money!

They are dealers who have a direct account and get the items alot cheaper then people who just go on the UD website and buy them. Don't think for a minute these sellers aren't making money on there Tiger auctions! If UD is offering them to you for $499, I bet there getting them for $300-$325

Exactly. The markup on most of the UD pieces is huge. Dealers get them for about half the price UD has them for sale on upperdeck.com.

I got my Tiger auto'd Masters flag framed piece back about a year ago when they used to let you use the 50% off coupons from entering the codes from decoy cards. Looks like they no longer let you use the codes for Tiger autos anymore though.

That's interesting ... I didn't realize they made those pieces available to dealers at a direct cost. I thought those were for the UD Store exclusively. That would explain the 'dumping' on Ebay, however.

The question is how long will the dumping last.

I know. I am amazed at how fast box prices came down after yesterday. I still think these boxes could be $500+ in the near future. There are no more golf cards being made and the farther away from 2001 we get the harder they are going to be to find.
I have decided to sit on my few boxes for a while. I think they will take off again if he wins the PGA or the US Open.

I saw this in the paper this morning.

I'm pretty impressed how well he has played considering his condition. Reminds me of Sidney Crosby last season, having an MVP season with a fractured leg late in the season.
