Nope nothing will ease the pain, Wenger said we don't need him, well get what we do. Ramsey, Ozil and Walcott went down last season and it ended our EPL run. We have no depth. Arteta is on his last year of his contract and i 100% guarentee he will be gone, Rosicky was only given a year extension and he will need to be replaced, Flamini is no longer under contract, Wilshere still shows that he lacks discipline and still needs time to develop, and Diaby cannot stay healthy to save his life and needs to be released.

Any midfielder signing will question why we did not resign Fabregas. We had first refusal and a buy-back clause. Unless we go out and sign a £30 million, Wenger cannot justify it....

You have been a fan much longer than me so I will just go with you. Depth was a big issue last year so hopefully they can start making some signings.

If it weren't for the Ozil and Oxlade Chamberlain injuries, followed by the back to Back Walcott Ramsey injuries, we would have won the league. Ramsey was a huge miss for months, he would have been epl player of the year, and he was one of our only players getting behind the defense. He came back with 2 games left in the season and FA cup final, scored all 3 of them, including an astonishing volley vs Norwich, as well as the FA cup winning goal. Because Ramsey was out for 4 months, when Ozil came back, he had to play every game full 90 minutes and was not playing like he was when he played with Ramsey in first half of the season. Ozil's fatigue and being without Walcott, we had no counter attack, it was just constant. We get a world class striker to compete with Giroud and a defensive midfielder, the League is ours

Well I guess we'll find out in the coming month or so, won't we? Giroud was fun to watch at the beginning of last season, and after watching him today he could probably use a bit of competition to motivate him. Not that I want to strengthen your team or anything .
