Default Wrestler dies in Tijuana, wrestling with Rey Mysterio

This is just terrible, and unfortunate. They say Rameriz had Experienced whiplash after hitting his trachea on the middle rope. After watching the video it looks like initially the hurricarana move was suppose to set him up on the ropes for the 619 but was botched, which led to the drop kick onto the rope which most likely killed him. You gotta wonder if the don't botch the move if he's fine.

It's almost unbelievable that he died from the impact of the ropes. It's a terrible accident for all involved and positive thoughts to Perrito's family.

Haven't watched lucha in years, but his feud with Mistico was awesome. He was a great prickish heel.

One could easily argue wrestling is a non-sport.

perro botched the head scissors and went onto the floor. he jumped right back into the ring to redo the spot. took a dropkick, and his neck supposedly snapped when he connected. some are saying the ropes were too tight but i think he just landed badly.

really sad either way. cant imagine how rey and the others feel. poor manic was yellin at the guy. refs were shaking him....just...wow. duno what to say

OMG I just watched that match, how very sad and tragic. My thoughts and prayers goes out to that wrestlers family. It probably did Not help matters that Konnan was shaking the hell of that wrestler. I re watched the match and Konnan several times was shaking the guys neck back and forth.

Now, Konnan probably didn't know what was going on and had no idea of the neck injury, but a report I read was that the wrestler died at the hospital. So I wonder how much pulling and tugging on the guy on the outside the ring injured him further

Very sad and again all prayers goes out to that wrestlers family and friends.

Off topic is not non-sports trading card hobby talk. If this did have something to do with cards, it goes in the other sports area.

Couldn't believe this! Feel so bad for the Aguayo family and Mysterio.
