So now ebay sellers can simply cancel orders with no recourse?

I have had this happen on numerous occasions recently. A seller simply cancelling the order before, and even after, I paid. Then you get no item and can't leave feedback. WTF??? Is this new???

I would literally prefer this for long-term value over the Bryant. This kid is almost 3 years younger than Bryant and has tremendous pop in his bat with great speed at a position of more importance.
