I would resubmit it and break it out of the case... Someone in a forum mention a microfiber cloth to clean the surface off. Take a picture of the card front and back before you break it from the slab...

I had some cards pop today. They pop the same day they are graded.... then they ship them. If you spot one of your cards graded in the pop report you can usually go through and go up each serial...
