Panini retail products are usually pretty brutal. They are cheap for a reason. If you like a few single swatch relic cards then go for it, but otherwise go hobby.

The art card is by Ken Joudrey, he does nice work. Value on these vary a lot, but anywhere in the $100-$500 range, all depends if someone really likes the art.
