So high ends items have sold well there? I ask cause I have the 2007 Bowman's Best autos of Joba and others that are worth $100 and if I could get 50%+ on CMC I would go for that.

I have sold some high end just to get a feel for it and although it's been in 40-50 % range I don't have to deal with it as far as listing and shipping.
I think it all depends on what the customer is looking for and what he/she wants to spend.

Do you know the highest card(s) you have sold? Mine are cards that sold for $20 and $40.

I really think selling high end may have a shot here. You get decent scans of the front and back, plus if you have a bunch of $$ that your debating on taking the 20 hit..why not get a card and save the big hit in the fees? I've been debating this for awhile and if my cards get there and start selling as well as I hope, I may have to try this.

As well the storage fees are 1 cent a month. On Ebay to list the card would be 35 cents a month. Plus you would have to pay the crazy buy it now FVF fees, which for the first $50 is like 15%? So CMC is actually kind of cheaper, especially if you can go ahead and buy another card instead of cashing out like I am planning on doing.

Another upside is whoever purchases the card actually buys it and it doesn't sit there waiting for someone to pay.
One of the biggest issues on ebay that I was having was people were bidding on auctions and not paying.

You sold me, I have scanned the cards that I wanted to sell on Ebay so I can have them on CMC and Ebay at the same time so if I ever want to throw them on Ebay I can.

Yeah, Griz held a group break and a few days later mysteriously popped up trying to sell some of the best hits from the same product.

After a while Griz came back and likes to pretend that it didn't happen, and thankfully Griz hasn't offered to hold another group break, but there are a few of us who still have a bad taste in their mouths because of what it did to the integrity of this message board.

To date I haven't seen an apology.

Not to dwell on an old thread but I wondered the same thing everytime I saw that brand of cards on her ebay site, COMC, or even just selling them on this board. I don't think the story changing 3 times helped either. I was not involved in the break in question but I was in the Leaf Limited break that was held days before that also yeilded crap-ola. There might have been an Exquisite break also, but I can't remember. My peace has been said and I am now officially done with my thoughts on this topic and thread.
