Annoying double standard in BST

I know this is not the biggest issue but it really annoys me. I love the must have a price in sales threads. What I dont like is the double standard that happens when creating a buying thread. Sellers should also have to place a price on their items in your thread. Again not the biggest issue but Im not a fan of "send me an offer"

edit: Seriously though, stupid double standard, and stupid that you can list prices of "a few cards" in your bucket, and that that suffices, but that you don't have to price your ENTIRE bucket of 500+ cards. One thing I've learned during my tenure here is that.......there are no rules, it's all subjectively based on the interpretation of administration.

My post was a bit wordy, what I meant was that if a "Looking for Shane Vereen" thread was crated then other members should have to post a price on cards they offer

The person selling a card should have a price ready if someone is willing to commit on buying the item.

Really is a shell game between buyer and seller to see if they can squeeze the other person for more than they were looking to get vs buyer looking to discount as much as possible.

If I walk into a store, grab a bag of milk and walk up to the counter, what does the cashier do? ring up a price that was quoted or look me up and down and change the price based on what he thinks ill pay? LOL

This is what Im not understanding. If Im buying and your selling they are your items, not mine.
