Can we get a Shill Bidding sticky thread in baseball/basketball/football?

Ok, I am kind of getting sick of seeing all kinds of threads to question shill bidding on the general baseball/football/basketball forum. Is there anyway that a Mod could make a Shill bidding thread, and put it at the top of the forum. Then if anyone decides to create a new thread about shilling, you can just merge it into the sticky thread. I am just sick of seeing the Shill bidding threads every half hour (albeit I have done a pair in the last few months)
