why this silly rule?

yo blowout, just wondering why we have to wait 30 seconds in between searches? what's the point? And Why can't we have more than 3 smileys in our sigs?

SCF is 30 between searches, Blowout is 10, but it is either 20 or 30 between posts, I can't remember which. And you have 3 smilies in your sig

. And you spelled "plain" Serial # wrong

lol leave me alone about my sig, i know im a horrible speller. and i meant to say 3 smileys, it was a typo, and i'm wondering what the point was in making that rule?

I'm guessing that the software for the website doesn't allow it, not that it is a rule, but I don't know a whole lot about computer stuff. The 10 second search isn't that bad here, but SCF's 30 second rule is really annoying

its not the software, a few weeks ago you could have as many smileys as you wanted.
