Questions from a newcomer about sending cards out.

I was re-directed here from a king guy from the baseball section, this is my original post:

I'm not on Spring break and one of the things I want to do is to start sending out cards out to players to sign. I mostly have 2011 topps series 1 cards so I plan on sending out those. But a couple questions:

1. I'm planning on using a regular envelope....and putting the card with a loose penny sleeve, a little note inside, and a slightly smaller self-addressed, self-stamped envelope inside. Missing anything?

2. Anyone have a list of players that are more likely to sign and their addresses?
